Custom metadata for QNetworkCookie

Lack of ability to attach extra metadata to QNetworkCookie makes it hard to pass it around without loosing extra data, for example information about cookie creation / modification time which is crucial for features like deletion of cookies for given period described in QTBUG-86511.
Generic data() / setData() operating on QVariant should be good enough.
