QtFeature.cmake doesn't match normal CMake "if" naming for boolean constants

    Description

      Long story short, I was trying to do this:

      cmake -D QT_FEATURE_gui=Off ...

      This broke as only "OFF" is accepted and the error message doesn't give a hint about the allowed values.
