Menus behave not correctly under Windows

One way to select a menu-item works like this:

you push the left mouse-button to open a popup-menu (and keep the button pushed). Normally you can select an item now, and trigger activation by releasing the left mouse-button.

This does not work at all under Qt 5.15.1.
