Installer has Ninja for x64 Windows, can not run on x86

      Apparently the Ninja tool provided by the installer is x64, it does not work on Win7 x86 (but works on Win10 x86):

        This 
version of %1 is not compatible with the version of Windows you're 
running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you 
need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then 
contact the software publisher

      This blocks RTA CMake test on Win7 x86 with MinGW. To be checked if it's ok to skip this test on x86 windows (with 5.15.x releases)
