Support QPageSetupDialog for QPrinter::PdfFormat

    Description

      Currently, native page setup dialogs are used on Mac and Windows, so these will not work with printers configured for PDF output.

      It would be useful to have this dialog for non-native printers as well, so we could add a cross platform page setup dialog as a fall back for all non-native output formats.
