Making a change to a CMakeLists.txt file in qtquickcontrols2 results in dependent modules being built

    Description

      I built Qt using CMake.

      I then ran run_pro2cmake.py on qtquickcontrols2:

      https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtquickcontrols2/+/319438

      I then went to the top-level build directory and ran ninja:

      output.txt

      It builds stuff from a separate module that wasn't touched by my change.
