Gimp crashes when pasting an image via the CTRL+V shortcut and paste it to LibreOffice

When I copy a big image from Gimp using CTRL+C and paste it in Libre Office, Gimp crashes and the image isn't pasted.

I have executed Gimp by terminal, and when the bug occurs the error message is:
