Application icon doesn't use provided master icon

      When building an application and modifying the application icon using QtCreator it is possible to set a master application icon. This icon will be used (if not specified otherwise) for low dpi, medium dpi and high dpi.

      Trying to run such an application on android 9 will result in using the standard Qt icon as the master icon is not copied to drawable-xhdpi, drawable-xxhdpi and drawable-xxxhdpi
