QDeclarativeView resize mode doesn't support QGraphicsWidget geometry

QDeclarativeView has recently been changed to support loading of all kinds of graphics objects, but QDeclarativeView::resizeMode does not honor graphics widget geometry. This causes all graphics widgets UIs loaded using QDeclarativeView directly or from qml executable to truncate/clip arbitrarily, resulting in almost always unwanted behavior.
