Fix qt-cmake-standalone-test to use relative paths

      The Qt that comes from the online installer doesn't have the CI paths patched in $prefix/bin/qt-cmake-standalone-test file.

      We should instead change qt-cmake-standalone-test to use relative paths to qt-cmake-private and the template project, thus no patching will be necessary from the Qt installer.
