tst_qmake fails on Android

    Description

      tst_qmake tests fail on the Android target. This test itself shouldn't be running on the device itself but on the host OS, since qmake is a host tool. We need to have a way to achieve this, and allow tst_qmake to run on the host instead of being handled as an Android test and packaged as an apk and run by androidtestrunner.
