MinGW 8.1 64bit packages are missing the debug version of the Qt dlls even if the Qt Debug Information Files are installed

MinGW 8.1 64bit packages are missing the debug version of the Qt dlls even if the Qt Debug Information Files are installed. The plugins have the debug versions available, but the main Qt dlls do not. This was when installed from the Qt Online Installer.

Update: This is because when it is built for packaging then -separate-debug-info is used and that is making the debug files, but they are not being copied into the bin directory where they are supposed to be.
