lupdate: exectuion sometimes fails with return value 1

    Description

      The autotests for lupdate repeatedly failed on Windows in the CI:

      agent:2020/11/18 15:12:35 build.go:379: FAIL!  : tst_lupdate::good(codecforsrc) '!proc.exitCode()' returned FALSE. ("C:/Users/qt/work/install/bin/lupdate -silent project.pro" exited with code 1

      This is not completely deterministic. In particular it's often another instance that is failing.

      When reproducing on the console without the -silent argument, a warning is printed:

      WARNING: Could not find qmake spec 'default'.
