QtWebEngine: Removal of "old composer" causes bad FPS on Windows with software rendering

      With fc3893ea80296bd17e1797d5caf4479e0be4afd1 the "old composer" was removed from QtWebEngine, so this no longer has any effect:

      qputenv("QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS", "--disable-viz-display-compositor");

      This causes a serious degression of FPS on Windows systems with QSGRendererInterface::Software.

      To demonstrate this, please use qnanobrowser with QT_QUICK_BACKEND="software", visit any JITSI meet website (e.g. https://meet.jit.si) and start a video chat session there.

      Interestingly on on macOS Software rendering works just fine.
