Description

When a Treeview is shown via QWidetAction as context menu, displayed tooltip of tree view item moves along with mouse move on item, that results flickering and looks very irritating.

Attached example shows it, right click to show context menu and under submenu when mouse is hovered and moved on tree view items tool tip also moves
