Qt5.12.10 can't find postgresql13.0 table

      On centos 8.2 install Qt5.12.10 and postgresql13.0 environment, Qt can find postgresql database driver, but can’t find any table, error message is “Unable to find table XX..”.
      If I install Qt5.15.1, no this error, but in Qt5.15.1 QtCreator, I can’t input any chinese character, the build program can’t input any chinese character too.
