Remove qmake project files for building Qt 6

    Description

      After disabling building Qt 6 with qmake, we should remove the .pro files.
      Probably safer to do this at a later date, perhaps for 6.2 release.

      Open question:

      • What do we do regarding configure.json files? Should we still use configurejson2cmake.py? There are still unported library and tests entries marked with FIXME
