Move build tools like moc and rcc into $prefix/libexec

    Description

      Come up with a list of build tools.

      • moc
      • rcc
      • tracegen
      • qmake
      • ?

      Move them out of $prefix/bin to $prefix/libexec.

      Reasoning is that build tools are not user facing applications and thus should not pollute PATH which would usually point to $prefix/bin on Linux distros.
