[Accessibility] Narrator: there's no way to send changed notifications from an unfocused QWidget

The application we are working on has asynchronous operations which update the UI status during progress/completion. Any change to an unfocused element (progress bars, status bar, log lists) won't be read by Narrator and there's no way to mark a widget to send update events independently from the focus, similar to an aria-live region.
