RTL layout support for Rich text editor

Details

    Description

      1. Start Designer with "-reverse" command line option
      2. Make a form
      3. Put a "Text Edit" widget in the form
      4. Right click on the "Text Edit" and choose "Change HTML..."

      The opened editor will be in LTR mode when typing. When pasting into it, it works correctly. If you enter the "Edit source" tab and remove all the HTML code, then switch back, the editor will be in RTL mode.
