Invalid address specified to RtlFreeHeap when the data the comes from COM object

I see this error when COM sends the data.
Invalid address specified to RtlFreeHeap( 0000000000F90000, 000000000336D880 )
How to replicate:
1. install SterlingPro https://download.sterlingtrader.com/Applications/CurrentSterlingPro.exe
2. Subscribe to the demo account (or use this password Username: DEMOCM3841
Password: Red123!)
3. Run SterlingPro as an administrator
4. Run QT as an administrator. It is important!
5. Compile and debug the project
6. Click the button on the form
7. See the message in "Application output"

This com object works as expected with c#
