Add openssl libs for Android runtime

    Description

      Android tests for ssl fails or do weird behavior because the openssl libs are not packaged with the apk, for testing on CI, the libs available at https://github.com/KDAB/android_openssl could be cloned during the staging, and the tests could be changed to use that.
