QLowEnergyController::connectToDevice()
Под windows10 зависает на всегда если устройство выключено.
Под линух функция отваливает через 3миллисекунды.
имеем разное поведение для разных платформ!

Under windows10 it always hangs if the device is turned off.
Under the linux, the function falls off in 3 milliseconds.
we have different behavior for different platforms!
