Fix qmake not to depend on the bootstrap library

      Now that https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-88741 is closed, qmake doesn't have to use the bootstrap library anymore, and can depend on QtCore instead.

      We should clean that up in qmake's s code.
