Automate production of .DS_Store files for Mac binary packages

    Description

      Mac binary packages require a .DS_Store file to be generated. The old applescript doesn't work anymore, so a former developer checked in a number of hex-edited copies of an old .DS_Store file to buy us some time to fix this properly.

      Going forward, the .DS_Store file should be generated during package building.
