GStreamer RTSP video stream can't be stopped

    Description

       

      When a rtsp video stream start (h264), cant be stopped (charsh)

      Source can't be changed (crash)

       

      Tested on ubuntu 20.04 + dahua cam RTSP H264 stream

      "rtsp://admin:pass@192.168.1.x:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1"

      On window 10, Qt5.15.1+ Gstreamer works without problems.

       

      I made a simple  QML test app

      Just put your RTSP url in main.qml
      property string rtpsStream:"rtsp://admin:pass@192.168.1.94:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1"

      and play with test buttons:
