Build key is not correct when compiling Qt for Symbian on Linux

    Description

      • QT_BUILD_KEY Needs to get defined using same logic as in windows, i.e. it should be "Symbian full-config" for real production builds.
      • Otherwise plugins and QtCore build on different platforms will be incompatible
      • For more details, see latest configureapp.cpp.
