CMake plugins Qt6::QSvgPlugin and Qt6::QSvgIconPlugin are not found using static build

      When migrating to Qt 6.0.0 (from Qt 5.15.0) the application cannot be built anymore because CMake cannot find the targets Qt6::QSvgPlugin and Qt6::QSvgIconPlugin. I noticed that those two plugins are missing from the CMake file "installdir/lib/cmake/Qt6Gui/Qt6GuiPlugins.cmake"
