When attempting to upgrade qt webengine we have some old code that calls clearHttpCache() and then proceeds to assume the cache is cleared
some other change to the remover has turned the call from syncronous to asyncrounous however there is no documented way to attach to signal to wait for the cache to be clear to proceed.  This results in differences in behavior between the two versions.
