      Hey,

      I have a large application based on Qt Widgets. I added my own class extending QDialog. That class creates QQuickWidget inside a dialog. Here is relevant code https://pastebin.com/2zxsFZRp

      This class is used as an error, warning, info popup, and sometimes it displays a popup saying "Failed to create OpenGL context ...". Take a look at the attachment. A dialog can be created and displayed several times in a row and then that message is displayed.

      The funny thing is that it is not easy to reproduce and happens only on chosen devices.
