Qt SCXML: Synchronize MOC code with qtbase and create patch file

We have some sort of duplicated code MOC in QtScxml, this code needs to be synchronized with the latest MOC code in dev. Right now there are some markers in the code that show the necessary changes done for QtScxml, but it would be better to provide and maintain a patch file instead of doing the diff by hand every time MOC changes.
