Description

qtbasecmakeFindOracle.cmake contains

set(ORACLE_OCI_NAMES clntsh ociei oraociei12)

None of them is contained in the Oracle SDK for windows. The SDK contains
oci.lib.

The SDK can be donwloaded from oracle.com:

https://www.oracle.com/de/database/technologies/instant-
client/winx64-64-downloads.html
