Add ABI suffix to *.prl files for Android builds

The multi-abi builds done by COIN-646 might override artifacts of different abis, specifically the files under lib with extenstion *.prl don't have the abi suffix in the their names, and that will lead to them being overwritten by each other. Thus, *.prl files should have the abi suffix in their names.
