Create Jenkins build flows for the release

We need to add own Jenkins build flows for new release before Alpha.
Se we need:

• Build flow for enterprise repository builds
• Build flow for opensource repository builds
• Add build correct triggers to start those flows automatically always when new export is successfully done in ci-files02/qt/
