B2Qt62: Intel NUC10 (64bit i5 x86) with Yocto 3.3 Hardknott

Qt NUC reference HW needs to be changed from NUC6 to NUC10. New HW definition is:

• Intel reference code: NUC10i5FNK
• CPU: Intel Core i5
• GPU: Intel HD Graphics
• RAM: 16GB 2666MHz DDR4 CL15 SO-DIMM
• HD: SSDNow A400 480GB 3D TLC SSD M.2 SATA3
• Display ports: 1x HDMI 2.0 and 2x Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C DP)

Intel NUC is required as a reference HW for PC host (Windows, Linux) as well as on Yocto embedded HW testing. This ticket is referring to the Yocto embedded Linux bits. NUC is a HW with really good global availability often used by customers on low volume cases where optimizing BoM is not meaningful, or in industrial cases where a standard PC hardware is best option for HW.
