Qdoc generates an empty TOC for a \qmlbasictype page with members

 The refdoc for a QML basic type might contain members, which are documented in a separate comment block. Although qdoc generates doc for these members under the "Members" section, it does not generate subsection for the "Detailed description" and the TOC on the top-right corner of the page. Like the QML type or C++ class refdoc.
