Bluetooth discovery not available Location Battery Saving

    Description

      Location Services is enabled with Battery Saving mode on device with Android version 7.1.2
      When start Bluetooth Discovery, I get message in logs:
      "W qt.bluetooth.android: ACCESS_COARSE|FINE_LOCATION permission available"
      "W qt.bluetooth.android: Search not possible due to turned off Location service"

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTBUG-90760 BT discovery stopped working after moving to Qt 5.15.2
