Support for svg filters (especially gaussian blur!!) in QSvgRenderer

    Description

      Artists widely use this in svg content created with Illustrator, Inkscape and other tools, so in order to be really useful, QSvgRenderer should be able to render them.

      In detail, this would mean support for the following svg tags:
      filter
      feGaussianBlur
      (possibly others)
      as well as the following svg style attributes:
      filter
