Google Play billing api must be updated

      Google Play is warning after binary uploads that the billing api version 2.0 will be deprecated before the end of the year:

      Starting on August 2, 2021, all new apps must use Billing Library version 3 or newer. By November 1, 2021, all updates to existing apps must use Billing Library version 3 or newer.

      Since our apps rely on Qt Purchasing it is imperative that Qt Purchasing Android backend is updated to avoid breaking our apps.
