    Description

      Add needed CI configuration so that device utilities is properly tested in CI.

      Needs:

       * platform configs in qt5 to define which targets are built

       * module_config.yaml in device utilities to define the actual build instructions

       * dependencies.yaml in device utilities to define the dependent Qt modules
