QtPositioning: properly update revisions before release

      General:

      • Bump the version of the module (and the dependencies, if not yet updated) to 6.2
      • Add the module (and the dependencies)  to the submodule update bot, so that the dependencies.yaml file gets bumped automatically. This is done by marking the module as additionalLibrary in .gitmodules of the qt5.git repo.

      On the QML side:

      Currently new QML features have to be marked REVISION(6, 0) or REVISION(6, 1), because the version of the module is 6.1. However as QtPositioning is part of Qt 6.2 only, we want these features to be available since 6.2.

      So before actual release we need to go thorough all the new QML features and update the revisions.
