QPA direct2d fill polygon show wrong pictures

run this code on windows platform, see the correct picture, then on direct2d platform, see the wrong result.

 I draw some demo to show this issue. every Positively Sloped line were cut off (marked by 'X') and only rest pieces of poly-lines were filled.
