Teach QQmlPropertyPrivate::binding, etc. about the new binding system

      They currently only operate on QQmlAbstractBinding; but QQmlPropertyBinding is not a QQmlAbstractBinding, and bindings from C++ even less so.

      Without this support, it is unlikely that we can get QQuickState(Group) to work.
