[REG 5.15.2->5.15.3] geojson_viewer not launching on macOS

Install 5.15.3 clang binaries, compile and launch example location/geojson_viewer. Compiles fine, but does not launch:

QQmlApplicationEngine failed to load component

qrc:/main.qml:61:1: module "Qt.labs.location" is not installed

Regression, tested on same machine with 5.15.2 binaries, then it also launches.
