Add QT_ADDITIONAL_PACKAGES_PREFIX_PATH environment variable

      The Qt6 CMake package should search for additional Qt 6 modules also in paths given in the QT_ADDITIONAL_PACKAGES_PREFIX_PATH environment variable.

      Currently it does inspect only the QT_ADDITIONAL_PACKAGES_PREFIX_PATH CMake variable.

      This is needed for the Conan integration.
