onDestroyed causes crash at runtime

      onDestroyed causes a crash when the item is destroyed either by calling destroy() or simply quitting the player (see attachment).

      This was working fine in Qt 4.6.1

      Nb. May be related to bug http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-8220 but I haven't seen any warning errors (as described) in either Qt version.
