Description
When a monitor comes out of sleep mode then a fullscreen window can end up being shifted slightly sothe position and size is wrong. It will place at -1,-1 and be slightly bigger than it is supposed to be. This only happens QWindowsWindowFunctions::setHasBorderInFullScreen() has been used to set it to true, without this then it does not occur.
