Cannot run pdf examples on Windows with MingGW

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. With Qt 5.15.3 installed via online installer - open pdfviewer example project from pdf or pdfwidgets folder (Examples/Qt-5.15.3/pdf/pdfviewer)

      2. Run the project on Windows MinGW.

      3. Run the project on Windows MSVC

       

      Actual: 

      Windows MinGW:

      Project ERROR: Unknown module(s) in QT: pdf

      Windows MSVC: Works well
