crash issue on X Server(ASTEC-X) and Remote Desktop Protocol(xdrp)

our product which is using Qt5.9 and webengine is crashing and throwing following  error on terminal :-

XIO:  fatal IO error 2 (No such file or directory) on X server ":19.0"
      after 443 requests (443 known processed) with 0 events remaining.

in the debug log, we can see the following Qt warning:-

QT::qWarning(): The X11 connection broke: Maximum allowed requested length exceeded (code 4)

it did not solve even after setting the following:-

export QMLSCENE_DEVICE=softwarecontext
