"win" backend does not find any BTLE devices

      As reported in QTBUG-90369, trying to search for BTLE devices on Windows with Qt 5.15.2 built with MinGW does not deliver any results.
      I was able to reproduce this. Building with MinGW implies the "win" backend instead of the "winrt" backend.
